• All products must meet Jalewa's quality standards, be free of malware, and comply with all applicable laws.

2.2 Ownership and Rights

• By listing a product on Jalewa, you confirm that you own the intellectual property rights to the product or have obtained necessary permissions.
• You grant Jalewa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and sell your product on the platform.

2.3 Product Descriptions

• Product listings must include an accurate and detailed description, images, and any relevant usage terms or restrictions.
• Misleading or incomplete descriptions may lead to product removal or suspension of your account.

3. Pricing and Royalties

3.1 Setting Prices

• Authors have the freedom to set prices for their products, subject to Jalewa's pricing guidelines and minimum price requirements.
• Jalewa may offer promotional discounts on your products, which you can opt in or out of during the listing process.

3.2 Royalties and Payouts

• Authors will receive 90% of each sale as royalties. The remaining percentage is retained by Jalewa as a service fee.
• Payouts are processed within 24 hours and are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of $10.
• Authors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings, which may vary based on jurisdiction.

4. Refunds and Customer Support

4.1 Refund Policy Compliance

• Authors must adhere to Jalewa's Refund Policy. Refunds may be granted to buyers in cases of defective products, non-delivery, or if the product does not match its description.
• Jalewa reserves the right to deduct refunded amounts from future payouts.

4.2 Author Support Obligations

• Authors are expected to provide customer support for their products, including resolving technical issues or questions related to product usage.
• Failure to provide adequate support may impact your author status and account standing on Jalewa.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Authors are prohibited from:

• Uploading or selling content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains illegal, offensive, or harmful materials.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as false advertising, duplicate accounts, or self-purchasing to inflate sales.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations, including intellectual property, data protection, and consumer protection laws.

Violations of these guidelines may result in product removal, suspension, or termination of your account without notice.

6. Content Removal and Termination

Jalewa reserves the right to remove any product that fails to meet our standards or violates these terms. Authors may also voluntarily remove products at any time; however, products that have pending sales or refund requests must resolve these obligations before removal.

If your account is terminated for any reason, your products will be removed from the platform, and any remaining earnings may be forfeited if found to be in violation of these terms.
